Mr. Joshua Dineinge Sheya

Joshua Dineinge Sheya was born on the 2 nd of January 1950 at Epuku, Okelemba District in the Ohangwena Region- Namibia. He is born second by his mother but third on the father.
He primaried at Onakamahoka [Junior] and Senior Primary at Okatope in Ohangwena Constituency from 1965 – 1972. In 1972 November, He joined the Contract Labour to look after goats and sheep at Maltahohe, the contract he deviated as he reached Windhoek after which later he went to resides at Khomasdal in the house of Mr. Groenfeld who married his cousin Maria Groenfeld.
While there, Joshua enrolled to Augustinum Khomasdal by then in form one (1) the classes he pursued up to form two (2) as per previous educational system. Joshua left Namibia without any qualification in 1974 to Zambia, where he joined SWAPO Military with PLAN, the wing he served till 1977 after he left to join Draught Manship and Human Settlement course at the university of Zambia and later to Yugoslovia at the state of Bosnia [ Sarajevo] in 1980.
In 1981 Joshua went to Sierra Leon West Africa [ Freetown] to redo Secondary School that he couldn`t finish in Namibia and complete it at Muslim Brotherhood Secondary School in Freetown he joined Makeni teacher’s collage in 1983 yet in Sieraleone the course he completed in 1986.
After graduated, he joined SWAPO Education course in Kwanza-sul as head of development studies but was immediately transferred to Cuba Island of youth to teach history and English at Hendrick Witbooi. While there, he enrolled with Newport University to pursue a course on behavioral science [distance] the course he completed in 1995 while working at the Ministry of Lands Resentment and Rehabilitation.
Joshua completed Master Degree on Behavioral Science and in 1995 joined a course of land administration and planning under the Institute of Space and Earth survey at the ITC the Netherland where a post graduate on land use planning was attained.
Joshua in 2000 joined the Ministry of Education as Secondary School Principal in Ongha Secondary school but transferred to Haimbili Haufiku Secondary School in 2003 till he retired in 2014. As a school Principal he enrolled to pursue a course on Educational Management, the course he completed later and attained [BED Honour]
In 2015 after received the retirement pension, he decided to build Saint Michael Vision Private School with a purpose to address the gaps he noticed being portrayed by children joining Secondary School. He registered the school in 2016 while opening its doors to public in January 2017 as full Primary School. Currently the school is comprised of 215 children, 12 teachers, 2 Administrative staffs, a cleaner and 2 hostel staff, a security guard and a principal on top.
